Melco’s Studio City has unveiled “Winter-Fun Wonderland” at Studio City’s Times Square, ushering in a festive atmosphere that promises to delight visitors this holiday season.

For the first time, the event offers a romantic snow-filled Christmas experience, immersing guests in a fairy tale-like world of snow and ice. The celebration provides a unique opportunity to enjoy the holiday season in a magical setting, with the festivities running until 5 January.

“Winter-Fun Wonderland” is packed with holiday cheer, featuring a “Dreamland Ice Park” where both adults and children can enjoy complimentary ice skating. The highlight of the event is a magnificent 8-meter-tall “Wishmas Tree”, surrounded by the enchanting “Let It Snow Bridge”, which brings the magic of snowfall to life. Visitors can also marvel at several giant 3D installations, including a towering 5-meter-high “Snow Mountain” and a 2.5-meter-high gingerbread man, which create a vibrant and immersive festive atmosphere.

On weekends and public holidays, the event also hosts a Winter Market, bringing together more than 40 local small and medium-sized enterprises. The market showcases a diverse range of over 100 handpicked gifts, handmade crafts and holiday treats, providing the perfect destination for holiday shopping.

Melco has emphasized that the event aligns with the Macau government’s efforts to foster moderate economic diversification while supporting local SMEs and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). By offering rent-free booths to more than 40 local businesses, Studio City provides a valuable platform for them to showcase their creative products, handcrafted goods and festive culinary delights. The initiative underscores Macau’s rich multicultural identity and its thriving local creative scene, further enriching the city’s vibrant holiday spirit.
