In 2024, Melco organized various occupational safety and health (OSH) initiatives to enhance awareness and disseminate vital safety information. The company also leveraged its mobile app to share important updates with team members, including workplace safety alerts and promotions for OSH-related activities.
Key activities included the “Health and Safety You Should Know” seminars, the “Get away from Strain Injury, Let’s Stretch Together” workshops, and a series of themed roadshows at City of Dreams, Studio City and Altira Macau. These roadshows created a lively atmosphere with engaging OSH-themed games and practical giveaways, attracting enthusiastic participation from Melco employees. Participants shared that these activities not only provided practical knowledge but also deepened their understanding of the importance of workplace safety.
Melco also hosted its annual “Healthy Work Culture: We Make It Happen” award ceremony at City of Dreams, recognizing outstanding individuals and teams for their contributions to OSH excellence.
