Wynn wins five awards in National Human Resources Innovation Competition

Wynn has won five awards in the 4th National Human Resources Innovation Competition, achieving its best performance to date. The awards recognize the company’s contributions to corporate culture, talent development, youth employment, SME empowerment, and diversity and inclusion.

The competition, which began in August 2024, attracted more than 500 entries, with 104 companies receiving awards.

Wynn received the “Outstanding Brand in Corporate Culture Development” and “Outstanding Brand in Talent Development and Organizational Strategy” awards. The company said these reflect its commitment to fostering a diverse corporate culture, implementing employee training programs and enhancing workplace well-being. Wynn also continues to invest in talent development through initiatives such as the Wynn Management Skills Programme and Certificate in Integrated Resort Management, aimed at cultivating professionals with global perspectives.

Wynn won three more awards, namely “2024 Outstanding Brand in Supporting Youth  Employment and Development”, “2024 Outstanding Brand in Supporting and Strengthening Competitiveness of SMEs” and “2024 Outstanding Brand in Developing Culture of Diversity and  Inclusion”.

The company said these awards recognize its efforts in youth employment training, SME support and community integration. Its initiatives include the U18 Youth Career and Leadership Development Programme, a hospitality management certification program in partnership with EHL Hospitality Business School in Switzerland. The company also supports local SMEs in many ways from equipment improvement schemes to digital transformation and has implemented many community inclusion initiatives, such as the Rua da Felicidade Pedestrian Zone project and the Wynn Employee Volunteer Team.

The National Human Resources Innovation Competition is organized by the CCOIC Human Resource Management Commission and HRLead, and is co-hosted by business associations in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau. It is considered one of the most prominent events in the human resources sector.
