Hosted by the Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO), the “Experience Macao Roadshow in Korea” took place in Seoul from 30 May to 2 June. Sands China showcased the impressive leisure experiences and leading MICE offerings of its integrated resorts in Macau.
The Sands Resorts Macao booth attracted numerous visitors, showcasing iconic elements from its three major integrated resorts, including The Londoner Macao’s Elizabeth Tower (Big Ben), The Parisian Macao’s Eiffel Tower and The Venetian Macao’s gondolas. Visitors enjoyed Sands Lifestyle travel videos highlighting the diverse tourism experiences offered by the resorts.
Additionally, visitors learned about the world-class accommodations, duty-free shopping and extensive MICE facilities available at Sands Resorts Macao. The resorts also offer family-friendly entertainment options such as Harry Potter: The Exhibition, and a variety of global restaurant brands including Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill and Michelin-starred restaurants. Visitors could also book popular accommodation packages on-site, including the “Explore teamLab SuperNature Hotel Package” and “Stay 2 Nights and Get Special Offer”.
This roadshow marked the second time in the space of a month that Sands China showcased its extensive capabilities and unique Sands Lifestyle experiences to the key Korean market. Earlier, on 9 May, Sands China held the “The Fabric of Macao” roadshow in Seoul, which was attended by travel industry representatives, meeting organizers and media partners.
According to the MGTO, Korea is currently Macau’s number one international source market.
