This Lunar New Year, SJM Resorts, S.A. presents an extraordinary culinary experience at Palace Garden, where two renowned chefs will craft an exclusive eight-course feast that combines the finest elements of Cantonese and Sichuan cuisine. The gastronomic celebration offers visitors and residents alike a unique dining experience, further enhancing Macau’s reputation as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

Chef Ken Chong, Head Chef of Palace Garden and master of the authentic Taishi culinary tradition, brings nearly two decades of expertise. Under his leadership, the restaurant has earned a Five-Star honor by the Forbes Travel Guide and a One-Diamond rating by the 2025 Black Pearl Restaurant Guide. Joining him is Head Chef Luo Qilong of Yong, the protégé of renowned Executive Chef Lan Guijun. The restaurant has held a MICHELIN Star for two consecutive years in the MICHELIN Guide Guangzhou and was awarded Guangzhou’s very first MICHELIN Green Star in 2024.

The two esteemed chefs will prepare a selection of exquisite dishes, including “Peony King Prawn in Kung Pao style”, “Amidor Abalone braised with Giant Garoupa Skin and Pomelo Peel” and “Bean Curd and Wagyu Beef stewed in Mapo style with Rice.”
SJM is also offering a package that includes a luxurious one-night stay at Grand Lisboa Palace, a curated dining experience for two at the event and round-trip limousine transfers. Reservation is open until 18 February for stays from 21 to 23 February on a first come, first served basis.
