Restaurants at Galaxy Entertainment Group’s flagship properties, StarWorld Hotel and Galaxy Macau, earned in total four MICHELIN Stars in the newly released The MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong Macau 2024, announced on 15 March and showcasing once again the exceptional culinary charm of “The Dining Destination in Asia”.
Among the recipients, Feng Wei Ju at StarWorld Hotel has been awarded two MICHELIN Stars for the eighth consecutive year, while 8½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA at Galaxy Macau and Lai Heen at The Ritz-Carlton Macau have been awarded one MICHELIN Star for the ninth and eighth year respectively. Rounding out the list of achievements, three other restaurants have been honored as MICHELIN Selected Restaurants, namely Saffron at Banyan Tree, Terrazza Italian Restaurant at Galaxy Macau and The Ritz-Carlton Café at The Ritz-Carlton Macau.
Just three days before the above release, on 12 March, Feng Wei Ju, 8½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA and Lai Heen were also listed once again in the “100 Top Tables 2024” organized by Hong Kong’s renowned South China Morning Post (SCMP).
Furthermore, Feng Wei Ju and 8½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA both received the “One-Diamond Restaurant” award in the 2024 Black Pearl Restaurant Guide announced in January.
