- Cantonese fine-dining restaurant Jade Dragon retained its three Michelin stars for the seventh consecutive year.
On 13 March, the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong & Macau 2025 was officially announced, with five restaurants across Melco Resorts & Entertainment’s integrated resorts – City of Dreams, Studio City and Altira Macau – earning a combined total of eight Michelin stars, the highest number in Macau, according to the company.
The esteemed Cantonese fine-dining restaurant Jade Dragon, located at City of Dreams, has retained its prestigious three Michelin stars for the seventh consecutive year. Renowned for its exquisite cuisine and masterfully crafted dishes, the restaurant continues to innovate by presenting the finest ingredients from around the world while honoring traditional flavors.
Also situated in City of Dreams, Alain Ducasse at Morpheus has maintained its two Michelin stars for the seventh year in a row. This is the first Macau venture of celebrated French chef Alain Ducasse, housed within the iconic Morpheus Hotel.

Meanwhile, both Pearl Dragon at Studio City and Ying at Altira Macau, two distinguished Cantonese restaurants, have each held their one Michelin star for nine consecutive years. Pearl Dragon offers a refined selection of provincial Chinese delicacies, featuring premium ingredients and exquisite land and sea treasures. Ying, with its stunning harbor views, presents an authentic Cantonese dining experience while also incorporating creative twists into select dishes.
Additionally, the Japanese restaurant Sushi Kinetsu at City of Dreams has been awarded one Michelin star for the second consecutive year. Known for its serene and minimalist setting, the restaurant provides an authentic Edomae sushi experience.
